Our connection began back in 1998 when Del & Ants were newly self employed and starting out in business. Over the years I have worked with the Del & Ants as they moved into a partnership and then into their first limited company. The growth in the company has led to them having a very successful large business which has a large team of fitters. Having recently moved into their new premises in Wisbech the company goes from strength to strength and also have an office in Hunstanton, soon the Wisbech office will be kitted out with a full showroom for customers to view products.

They have built and expanded their services and provide a range of UPVC and aluminium installations covering East Anglia. Windows, conservatories, garages and garden rooms all available within their range

In addition Del & Ants have invested in several commercial and residential properties.

Grange Farm Swimming School is a successful business founded by Lucy Ryan which has gone from strength to strength since being purpose built over 10 years ago.

Grange Farm Swim School offers professional swimming lessons for all ages and abilities. The fully qualified instructors teach around 600 people every week. They follow the Swim England Award scheme, which is the largest award scheme in the country. Also on offer are 1:1 lessons for both children and adults, private hire and pool parties.

We have been working alongside Lucy for the past 7 years providing her with annual accounts and a personal tax return. We are always at the end of phone for financial advice as the business continues to grow and have a great working relationship.

Commercial Bodies and Repairs Limited is a newly formed company based in Wisbech.

Commercial Bodies & Repairs was established in 2022 to provide an essential service to the commercial vehicle industry

We became involved with the company before it was formed offering advice on set up and helping liase with solicitors on the share holder agreement required to start the business. We have been integral in forming the company with companies house, setting up VAT registration and Payroll registration with HMRC. We have also helped with the set up of accounting software and training the company in its use, tailoring its set up for their needs.

I am have enjoyed seeing this company get up and running and advising the company officers how to get uo and running in a tax efficient manner. I really looking forward to supporting and working with the company as they continue in business.

John has acted as the company’s accountants since the business was created in 1999, and had previously acted on behalf of the director in a personal capacity for some 8 years prior to the company’s creation.

Since the company started trading, we have seen the business grow and become more successful every year since. The business now offers a large fleet of modern and reliable vehicles for short and long term rentals.

Their sites have expanded as the demand for vehicles has grown, and are located near Harlow, Cambridge and Thetford.

Tom has extensive property knowledge so we were excited to be able to advise him when he started the company back in 2015. The business quickly grew under his leadership and we have been there providing accounts, tax and payroll services, along with general business advice. It is now one of the leading estate agents in the Fenland area and we wish them continued success and look forward to being part of their future.

Alongside the estate agency, Tom is also now the proud owner of theBramley House Hotel, a character hotel with more than 10 bedrooms in Chatteris. We were delighted when Tom asked us to act for the Bramley too. Although it is a completely different trade, we still offer the same level of service. Tom has steered the business through the very challenging Covid years, and it is now flourishing under his charismatic leadership.
